Update from the Childish Things Team

Hello Cricket Captain fans,

We've been working hard behind the scenes on both Cricket Captain 2019 and 2020.

CC2019 has been updated for both iOS and Mac in the last month, we're pending an update for Android as well, we've currently been waiting 4 weeks for Google to fix an issue with our 2019 upload key.

The CC2019 update fixes a rare crash issue when finishing a match around the time of the Test Match Final. This CC2019 update is also live on Steam.

CC2020 will be updated across all platforms within the next couple of weeks, including adding all county debut players from the 2020 season along with other changes, a full change list will be revealed upon release of this update.

Mike and Charles have also been hard at work with the CC2020 Nintendo Switch version.

Hi Nige,
Just wondering are you nearing completion of this next update? specifically iOS? Going into lockdown from Thurs and CC will be getting hammered beyond belief. Would love to start a new save with all the new additions plus the County debut players.

Hi Yorkie,

It will be available this week, we've worked on a couple of Android issues which has pushed it back. All versions have to release at the same time as there is a change to the code that will affect online matches, which has complicated it slightly.
