Moving between teams during a career

hi everyone, just a quick question and one that i cant seem to find the answer to. does anyone know if you can move teams during a career, for example, get offered by another team to take the captaincy?

Yes, it comes up at the end of some seasons. It's for domestic teams only I believe, not international teams.

You can move international teams. It's a bit rarer though.
