Have you disabled the Steam overlay? Worth checking:

- Right click on the game in the library.
- click properties
- un-tick 'enable the steam overlay while in-game'

already done that - checked. verified caches and integrities. latest versions, re-installed and my latest ATI driver. checked no microsoft in device manager too.

I've updated to lastest version. Still getting the error, again near the end of the game.

I had the same issues as above but when I unplugged any USB devices attached to my PC it worked.

Just had a "runtime error" crash. Opposition declared on the last morning of a county match, I pressed space bar to begin the first over of the last innings and the game crashed.

It crashes all the time for me too. its unplayable so I'm wondering when the patch for this crashing is coming out? it doesnt even auto-save from the crash either.

For Windows users:

Can you all please update to 14.10 and report on stability within the match scenario. This might fix other issues as well, but we need your feedback for confirmation of that. These have proven really difficult to trace, as there has been no reliable repro for them.

well after installing the reccommended driver update un-installing and re-installing the game again and re-verifying cache integrity another time now i get this message and the game wont even start...

this is starting to get a bit long to just be able to play the game. the other games work



help?

Have you got Steam in Online mode (if it's in offline mode, it will say at the bottom of the Steam client)?

Restart your machine, right click on the Steam shortcut and select Run As Admin. Then try to run the game.

What anti-virus and firewall software do you use?
