  • New 3D Engine

    Good evening all,

We hope you're enjoying Cricket Captain 2015 whilst watching Australia and England fight it out.

Creating the new stadiums, pitch/outfield and animated crowds for Cricket Captain 2015 has been a massive job over the last year. Replacing our old highlights engine has proved exceptionally challenging.

This new 3D engine gives us the platform to build on new stadiums and animations (including improvements to character models and face textures), along with the ability to create day/night and rain affected games for future versions of Cricket Captain.

We are working on a new camera system for our highlights. This is a Work In Progress and will be patched in for Cricket Captain 2015. This will add new broadcast style cameras and give you control over which cameras you choose to use.

Cricket Captain is going to remain a management simulator for the foreseeable future.
