    Since I coudnt find one so here we go.
    I think the regen players generation and improvement should be of 3 types
    1)Extra ordinary growth (High skill points after every week or so)
    2)Normal growth (Normal skill points)
    1)Small growth (Small skill points)

    More over the growth period should be of 3 types
    1) Long period (for 8 years)
    2) Normal period (5 years)
    3)Short period (3 years)

    So for instance if AI generate a player with 18 years of age and with SMALL GROWTH but with LONG PERIOD he will continue to improve but by small amount till the age of 26.

    2nd case
    A 22 year old regen player with EXTRA ORDINARY growth but for SHORT PERIOD.

    3rd case
    A 20 year old player with EXTRA ORDINARY growth and for LONG PERIOD (the probability for such players must not be greater than 5%)

    In this way different players will grow differently which will add dynamism to the game.

    More over the EXTRA ORDINARY growth and SHORT PERIOD can be attached to most Pakistani and Indian players.

    Addition of bowling speed will be a major new exciting feature as it will give player a thrust to increase the speed of his new 18 y/o regen whose bowling in the early 80mph to some like 90mph+ ,Now that would be so cool.

      Let me sum up in terms of probability so that will make it easier to implement by the developers.

      GROWTH
      1)Extra ordinary growth points (G1)
      2)Normal growth points(G2)
      1)Small growth points(G3)


      PERIOD
      More over the growth period should be of 3 types
      1) Long period (P1)
      2) Normal period (P2)
      3)Short period (P3)

      so there will be total of 9 types of player development with different development rates.
      so these should be the chances of occurrence of certain type of players.
      G1P1 =5%
      G1P2 =8%
      G1P3 =17%
      G2P1 =10%
      G2P2 =22%
      G2P3 =5%
      G3P1 =10%
      G3P2 =15%
      G3P3 =8%
      Total =100%

      More over these are just the type of development and not players so the probability of 5% that player will have EXTRA ORDINARY GROWTH over LONGER TIME PERIOD will not necessary turn him in to a legend because INITIAL TALENT will play an important part because if he got less talent than that EXTRA ORDINARY GROWTH for LONGER PERIOD will only make him an above avg player.

        Player traits is another thing that I have in my mind traits like death bowler , golden arm ,technically sound , strike bowler, consistent batter, defensive wall , finisher ,pressure player (for both batter and bowler) slogger ,bullet arm ,safe hands etc to name few (each trait should have 3 levels while level 3 being the best) and each player have atleast 1 trait to up to 3 traits.

            Quite like the idea of the regen growth, i would like to see the elimination of Fast bowlers who are specialist batsmen, its unrealistic and tacky looking.

                What i want to see?

                Teams available from the WsC and Rebel tour eras.
                KP available for South Africa.

                And expansion of the classic series part.
                How about the 1983 World Cup?

                  He will only be available in 2018. KP will be 37 then. I personally doubt he will be selected, as even if he is still performing, it is risky investing in a divisive figure for perhaps what would only be a one or two year stint with the Proteas.

                  I am surprised he didn't try qualifying for an associate team like Ireland or Holland.
