Since I coudnt find one so here we go.
I think the regen players generation and improvement should be of 3 types
1)Extra ordinary growth (High skill points after every week or so)
2)Normal growth (Normal skill points)
1)Small growth (Small skill points)
More over the growth period should be of 3 types
1) Long period (for 8 years)
2) Normal period (5 years)
3)Short period (3 years)
So for instance if AI generate a player with 18 years of age and with SMALL GROWTH but with LONG PERIOD he will continue to improve but by small amount till the age of 26.
2nd case
A 22 year old regen player with EXTRA ORDINARY growth but for SHORT PERIOD.
3rd case
A 20 year old player with EXTRA ORDINARY growth and for LONG PERIOD (the probability for such players must not be greater than 5%)
In this way different players will grow differently which will add dynamism to the game.
More over the EXTRA ORDINARY growth and SHORT PERIOD can be attached to most Pakistani and Indian players.
