Saved by the numerous rain interruptions, but still a draw. We'll take it!

What year are you up to? I have six different saves between 2026-33 and only in one of them is there a batsman from Zimbabwe who averages over 36 in tests (screenshot below).

Also in my most recent Afghan save Zim finally produced an allrounder (screenshot below). Granted he is not great but it is nice to know they that they do exist as they sure help with balancing the team in ODI's. Good luck!

Late 2024. I know what you mean by no quality batsmen. Only one averages over 36 in tests here too.

Captain Peter Moor becomes the first Zimbabwean batsman under my stewardship to score a double ton! He then backs that up with an unbeaten half century in the second innings.

The following screenshot should explain why Zimbabwe is such a tough challenge. These are the top batsmen!

Brutal! The filter is not even on! Would be nice if Byrom was actually available for selection and not a kolpak!

I was reading on another forum about a guy doing a Zimbabwe career (on the last page)

First it looked as though we might get a win, then NZ recovered to make us worried. NZ were actually 7 wickets down at the close, with a batsman having retired hurt.

At the start of 2027, these are the test rankings.

Great to see. It looks like you have got a few more regenerated players in your top six since your last screenshot? Has Joubert's form dropped off? Keep it up

I have a couple of promising batsmen, but early days.
Joubert's form has dropped off, but he is still in the squad as the second spinner.
