Does the game autosave?

I just skipped a few weeks ahead in my main save, to see when my overseas player would be available, then I force quit out of the game. When I opened it again it was at the point where I force quit? Is there any way to recover?

Yes it autosaves once you get to the home screen after a match. You could look at restoring your system to a previous point in time but I am yet to test to see if that works.

If you have a .cbk file available here for the relevant save, you may be able to rename it to .cap at the end and return to a previous point.

Press Windows key and R on your keyboard, in the run dialog type:
%AppData%\Childish Things\Cricket Captain 2019\Saves
If you can't see this folder you may need to enable hidden folders.
