I think women cricket database would be easy to implement as there arent any domestic FC, LA and T20 stats to add; Only Test, ODI and T20I. You might add domestic leagues of Australia, Bangladesh, India, England, Newzealand, South Africa, Windies, Pakistan and Srilanka with real and generated players if there aren't many info available, and include an unofficial FC, LA and T20 stats tracking. Visual wise you should create new 3D models for women, and that's all, and gameplay-wise you need to slow down the players' aggression to suit women cricket standard.
