Automatic Game Close

Tell me if there's something I'm missing out here : how does the game just close - just like that? - in between of a game. Moreover, it awards me a disconnection and reduces my points.
Plain stupidity! Why should the user be faulted for a game fault?

Everytime a new game comes out - these issues crop up! Aren't the developers EVER keeping a check on issues like these, year after year? #Frustrating
