Do Players Retire

I was just wondering do players retire, I have Matthew Hayden and he is still going at 42 and Ricky Ponting 38.....

Yes . It makes me sad . I have a player playing for 20 years . He is 38 now . Unfortunately no Hall of fame in current game .

Its actually a bugger when players you have invested years and years* of effort in suddenly disappear!
