  • What an effort!

I can not beleive it! After four years of cricket captain i had never made an ODI score of 400+, today i did it for the first time as well as making my first ever ODI double century with a player. Im so pleased and just felt i should share the experience with people who may appreciate it.

Hah, nice. I've never passed 310 in an ODI.

Only 3 wides? Nice work, Kenya.

Australia were batting, but Kenya were bowling. In doing so, they only conceded 3 wides.

Really? I am often able to cross 300, even at Australian domestic level. I find that i bat for the first 40 overs on 5 aggression bars and then for the last 10 go hell for leather with full aggression. Mostly get scores of around 250-280, but fairly often get past 300. Anyway thats my secret hope it helps.

That's exactly what I do and I often end up in that range as well. But in the world cup I generally make it full aggression a lot earlier against associates and often make 400-480.
