Help on deleting an eLicense

Hey,

I'm attempting to move ICC2010 to my new laptop. It told me there are no licenses available for this order, so I deleted the game (not eLicense) from the other laptop, and now I'm having trouble deleting the eLicense. I've tried an official eLicense un-installer but to no avail.

I've never deleted a license. Easiest way is to goto elicense's website (google it) and fill out the form there, they'll then email you and let you know when they've reset your limit. I've done this 3-4 times now.
