By the time the second and final test came around, the visitors had well and truly acclimatised.
We were forced into bringing in young A.Hill to replace the injured Rutherford.
Showing great grit and determination, they ruined our party by levelling the series with a hard earned victory.

A mesmerising battle saw us fall short of victory by just 1 run in a high scoring encounter in the 3rd match of the series.
It would be a tough ask to win the last two games and win the series.

A fine team performance with both bat and ball saw us tie things up at 2-2 with one to play.

The visitors took the spoils in the deciding match as we fell short of their impressive total.
A great series which had the NZ cricket followers enthralled!

Matt Henry destroyed the Sri Lankan chase to put us 1-0 up in the T20 series.
