ICC 2012 Licence Issue

I bought a licence for the 2012 edition sometime back.

Due to my windows crashing 2-3 times in the last few months, i have had to reinstall the game. But my license is not validating. The software is saying no more licenses available. Please help me out with this issue. Thanks. Aditya Kumar
