How to change aggression?

Hi, I am playing International Cricket Captain 2013 trial. I can control everything by scrolling over my mouse and pressing enter, but I am unable to change the aggression or the batsmen and the bowlers. This kind of sucks as ODI's and T20's are virtually unplayable because my batsmen are stuck on 2-3 bars, and even County games are very slow batting for me on 2 bars.
Anyone know how to change aggression on ICC2013 trial? Thanks!

You change the aggression by clicking on the bar itself.
